I have written CS twice a day for 6 days...they are horrible.

They just tell me to get a code that doesnt' come

I signed up for their JDate services. I was never able to get a proper code to validate my web page and enter into the sight.

I was given six different code numbers and each of them did not work. I tried calling them at various numbers and all the phone numbers are invalid. They are a part of Spark Networks Inc. which also has an invalid phone number.

Then they had the gaul to email me to ask how they took care of my problem. Unfortunately for them, they never touched the problem to begin with. They require a credit card or checking account number in order for you to sign up so they can automatically bill you.

This is where they stick it to you. You can't get a hold of anyone or have a place to cancel your subscription so they can just keep billing you every 3 months.

You stole money from me. And u want in back in My account immediately and I'm notifying the police. Thank you

I will be out of the country 3 months. I need to cancel and get refund. I just accidentally joined please and thank you

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company to cancel my account! They continue to charge my bank account! I want it stopped @!@

you don't seem to care about seeking to a customer before going with a company from GERMANY

The site was an extremely poor experience. I personally was exposed tp over 35 fake profiles and scammers on that site.

The site was boring, generic, and lacked interactivity.

I have my own dating website concept and creation idea that is light years ahead of the current dating sites that lack substance and creativity. I will consider heavily sharing this idea or looking into cost of creating it myself.

Seriously, it is a scam.

Be aware, if something goes wrong...

Make sure you turn off auto renewal prior to payment. If you can't get into your profile, you are out of luck.

The account was compromised. A new debit card was issued by Chase Bank. Once the card was uploaded into my phone, JDate immediately charged my bank.

i signed up and sent money to JDate. Whatever the problem is I am unable to get into the site.

Think I joined in March under mindyhaas5@***.com. For months now i cannot respond to emails and get into the site.

i have sent email to support for JDate and now dont even get a response. What am i to do?

Apparently they control some dating sites, & caused a mess for me, preventing me from being able to activate!!! They offer no phone number, which is annoying also! WOW, who knows what all they are in charge of, as I had never heard of them, & wish they would go out-of-business, for their sly treatment!!!

I signed up for elite singles and paid for a plan that they said would cost me around 20 bucks and they charge me 225 dollars and I want it back
